Letters, soundscribers, telegrams, news clipping, blueprint, quotations, memos and notes discussing: consolidation of law school course in Saint John; law school improvements including tenders and specifications, landscaping, progress reports and selection and shipment of books and furnishings to school; Teachers' Overseas Scholarships - terms and conditions, selection of recipients; shipment of furnishings to Old Manse Library (Newcastle, N.B.); sale of Bullock properties in Saint John; soil investigations of two UNB sites. Brief mention is made of expenditures for the Newcastle town hall project. The file also contains a news clipping discussing the establishment of Teachers' Overseas Scholarships (Mar. 5, 1953) and a blueprint relating to improvements to the Saint John Law School.
