Abstract:
Documentary examines the reasons for the "coup", who was involved, and why the coup failed. Includes interviews taken from the State Prosecutor's interrogations of the coup plotters, and Gorbachev's own home made video while being held prisoner in his dacha. Yeltsin becomes even more the people's favorite.
