Panelists Tom Olipant, Columnist of the Boston Globe, Ted Sorenson, former special counsel to President Kennedy, and former defense secretary Robert McNamara discussed the thirteen days in October of 1962, during which there were Soviet missiles in Cuba aimed at the United States. In addition, a brief film of President Kennedy addressing the nation at the Cuban Missile Crisis was shown. Following their discussion, the panalists answered questions from members of the audience.
