Timothy Jerome was born in about 1688 on the Isle of Wight, England. He married Abigail Rich (1687-1771), daughter of Nicholas Rich and Abigail Greene, in about 1710 in Salem, Massachusetts. They had seven children. He died 23 February 1749/50 in Wallingford, Connecticut. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Connecticut, New York, Ohio, Iowa, Arizona and California.
