The bulk of the collection is dated 1737-1805 and consists mainly of the account books of several Jamaican plantations. Includes reports compiled in 1752 for the Board of Trade regarding slaves imported to Jamaica, 1702-1751, quantities of goods produced and exported, charges and expenses for fortifications from 1743, and charges and expenses for the suppression of the 1739 Negro rebellion.
