Abstract:
Jean Feraca of Wisconsin Public Radio interviews Catholic Worker Tom Cornell and poet M.L. Liebler before a public conference sponsored by Marquette University to celebrate the centenary of Dorothy Day's birth. They discuss the history and vision of the Catholic Worker Movement, how it connects with the arts and literary scene, and Dorothy Day's life. They also discuss some of the difficulties that the Movement and Day faced, particularly in relation to pacifism.
