Includes material relating to Sierra Club, Snoqualmie National Forest, U.S. Bureau of Outdoor Recreation, U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Senate Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs, and Wilderness Society. Persons represented include William O. Douglas, Henry M. Jackson, Carmelita Lowry, Warren G. Magnuson, Harvey Manning, J. Michael McCloskey, and Graydon L. Walker. Collection also contains a manuscript draft, including drawings, titled, "Flora of Eastern Slope Cascades" by Eva M. Moody.
