The reason is that it reflects long and wide experience of mathematics education development, and the factors effect on, in two different school of mathematics education. This paper, among others, presents the problems in both schools of education, and the reasons behind. Upon careful analysis, the expectations of the future developments, in both schools that written in 1985, i.e. 25 years ago, 2010 today, are now facts about mathematics education today. Among others, the affect of contacts between Eastern and Western countries specialists is seen in the ongoing decline of the level of mathematics education in Eastern countries. This is a part of globalization affect, where political factors, media, and marketing of electronic apparatus and their programs are of strong affect on the decline seen now in mathematics education in Eastern countries.
