Three holograph poems, "The grass so little has to do" (early 1860s; published in Poems, 1890), "I worked for chaff and earning wheat" (early 1870s; published in Poems, 1896), "So give me back to death" (ca. 1884; published in Bolts of Melody, 1945); ALS (31 May 1956) from Millicent Todd Bingham to Gertrude Clarke Whittall concerning the three poems; signed holograph poem and typewritten transcription, "Away from home are some and I" (ca. 1864; published in Letters of Emily Dickinson, 1894); and facsimile and published typewritten transcription of letter (6 Nov. 1847) from Dickinson to Abiah P. Root.
