N. L.; A B; John Bodenham; Hyder Edward Rollins; Augustine Birrell
|Notes:||With reproduction of t.p. of 1600 edition.
Ascribed, with other Elizabethan miscellanies, to John Bodenham, who probably projected the work and befriended the editor, the "A. B."
