The eagle (silent): Romance-adventure of Old Russia. A young Russian lieutenant spurns the advances of the Czarina Catherine the Great. His father dies after an evil neighbor steals his estate. The lieutenant becomes the Black Eagle and leads a band of outlaws to fight for the rights of the poor.
The Great Dan Patch: This is the story of the fabled harness racehorse Dan Patch, who around the turn of the century thrilled racing fans across the nation. The plot also includes the horse's owner, chemist David Palmer and his personal life.
