Most records relate to the farming operations of sons William and Benjamin who, as the "Williams Bros.," managed a diversified farming enterprise which included breeding and selling registered Hereford and Holstein cattle. There is also information about grandson Bruce's farm. Financial record books are detailed and span the years 1904 to 1967.
Also included are materials pertaining to the Engedi Cemetery Association (also called the Blaen Y Cae Cemetery) and the Blaen Y Cae Drainage District which spanned Columbia, Dodge, and Green Lake counties. There is a 1912 letter to Ida Quade (who became Benjamin's wife) from Theodore J. Erdman describing his first visit to Texas.
