A nice addition to any young readers library.

     This story is similiar to "The Lady Who Swallowed a Fly." The cat eats all the pies, a washer woman, soldiers, an elephant, plus other items. The student will enjoy having this book as a read-aloud. The repeating slip, slap, slurcurp will have them laughing and joining in...
