A few fun facts, but nothing world changing here.   (2012-08-09)

As a researcher, this source is not very insightful, in that it is brief and doesn't contain any unique information.  The source (which is 5 pages hand typed) is excellent as a supportive source of dance music evolutionary time tables, as this is primarily what constitutes it.  There are a few brief notes on origins such as that for Rumba's roots being Son, etc. Nice to have a copy for a collector, but no dance notes and as stated it is a small volume. If you're at NYPL Performing Arts Library I recommend placing it low on your source priority list.   Hope, that helps my fellow researchers.

Sincerely, Dance Historian Forrest Outman
