The book is available in two states: a cloth-bound ed. with printed silk sides enclosed in a cloth-bound 32 x 20 cm. slipcase, limited to 500 copies, numbered in black. There is also a leather-bound deluxe ed., with printed silk panels, enclosed in a larger traycase, which comes with a folder of separate wood engravings by Lynd Ward. The prints are oversize, 10 x 14 inches, and also enclosed in the traycase. It is limited to 22 copies, numbered in red, all signed by McGrath.
