A nice addition to any older kids library.   (2009-11-10)

It all starts with a call from a boy who says he is dying and he is trying to kill himself.  Who is he and how did he get Dusty's number?  Dusty doesn't know and neither does the boy.  She doesn't want anything to do with him until he starts telling her things about her brother (who disappeared to years ago)...  Dusty wants to help the boy, but he won't let himself be found.  He says he's dangerous and the people that are after him agree.  I'd recommend "Frozen" because it is one of those books that you can't stop thinking about.  It makes you wonder if this person did this or why someone did that.   That's a good thing in a book.  Plus the concept of the book is really interesting and it pulls you in.  I couldn't put it down once I started.
