Abstract:

"The Future of Children is a collaboration of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and the Brookings Institution. The mission of The Future of Children is to translate the best social science research into information that is useful to policymakers, practitioners, grant-makers, advocates, the media, and students of public policy." The information is published twice yearly as a peer-reviewed journal containing articles in literature review format, freely available in both HTML and PDF versions. Policy briefs and various short summaries are also available. The website offers access to recent research results from the institutions that publish the journal, and to webcasts.
