"'Genders and Nations: Artistic Perspectives' is a combination of video installations and performances featuring two prominent women artists of our times, Chila Kumari Burman and Shirin Neshat. Each artist is exhibiting works which reflect her most recent endeavors i the field. Works by Burman and Neshat explore the relationship between gender representation and creativity, a dynamic interplay born of each artist's experiences of living in and out of two cultures; their own (India and Iran) and the West.".
