The early history of Moravian missions in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio; the lives and adventures of Alexander McGilvery, David Tate, and William Weatherford in Alabama during the period of the War of 1812; an account of the Creek Indians written by George Stiggins; and miscellaneous papers relating to the Yazoo Land Company in South Carolina are included."--P.
