Abstract:
Presidential libraries are administered by the National Archives and Records Administration. Presents an overview of the life and career of President Ford, drawing from the film and sound recordings, letters, documents and artifacts held by the library. Library officials give guided tours of the library and respond to telephone calls and electronic mail. Richard Norton Smith, the series historian and consultant, participates from the studio in Washington, D.C.
