Also include handwritten copy of a letter, 5 August 1848, from Grey Skipwith, Warwickshire, England, to Mary Walker Carter Cabell, Nelson County, Va., regarding his children and his brother, her grandfather, Peyton Skipwith; deed, 1880, Tucker S. Coles and his wife, Selina Skipwith Coles, regarding lands in Albemarle County, Va.

Also include letter, 24 September 1920, from Grey Skipwith Staples, Smithfield, N.C., to Lelia Coles Bennett, North Garden, Va., regarding the purchase of the Prestwould, the Skipwith family estate; letter, imperfect, ca. 1925, from Claudia Coles, Warwickshire, England, regarding the Skipwiths.
