"Printed from metal type on a Hacker handpress. The type is Bembo with Lydian Cursive for display and printed on Mohawk Superfine Cover Smooth paper. Phelps-Schaefer Litho-Graphics Company of Brisbane, printed the illustrations. The design, letterpress printing and binding were done at Foolscap Press, Santa Cruz, in an edition limited to 250 numbered copies. Copies 1-10 are specially bound. This is copy number 122"--Colophon.
