Ledger consists of balanced accounts of the expenditures and appropriations for the Governor's office arranged under the following headings: Executive Mansion, Executive Office, and Contingency. Entries for disbursements include: date, amount, name of payee, and voucher number. Receipts entries include date and appropriation amount.
