Inscription on verso names "Ffrancys Nevyll, Esquire" and "James Baldwyne, gent."

The entire grant is to Francis Nevill, Esquire, and Edward Nevill, Esquire, who are allowed to alienate and assign everything ad opus et usum of James Baldwyne, Gentleman, and Thomas Hearne. The grant is dated at Westminster 2 December, the ninth year of James I's reign as King of England and the forty-fifth year of his reign as King of Scotland (1611).
