Notes by the poet and the painter laid in. 220 copies, numbered 81 to 300, hand-bound in paper. Designed by Ann Rosener. The type is hand-set Bembo and Van Krimpen Open, printed by letterpress on Somerset & on Mohawk at Occasional Works. Jeff Maser assisted. Books hand-sewn and bound, and clamshell box made by Foolscap Press, Santa Cruz, California. Color transparencies by Times Drawing Office, London.
