Notes: Reconstructed in 2002 from an original negative from the Bundesarchiv-Filmarchiv, Berlin, and a nitrate print with Portuguese intertitles from the Fundacao Cinemateca Brasileira. The text of the intertitles was derived from extant "flash titles," supplemented with surviving scripts and a title list prepared by the production company Decla-Bioscop on March 13, 1921.
Originally released as a motion picture in 1921.
Released in 2009 as part of a 6 DVD box set: Murnau.
