Metrotone introduces noted diplomat and financier in timely topic of the day] -- Shintos of Japan hold great fete. Aoi-matsuri, the festival of Kamo shrines, brings the strange Oriental rites to streets of Kyoto -- Queen Mary sees royal tournament.
