Abstract:
James Dean delivers his first televised performance playing the role of John the Baptist in this Easter special episode of the TV religious anthology Family Theatre, wherein the story of the Resurrection is told in flashback form at a contemporary family gathering. Includes an introduction by Tony Curtis and a bonus clip of the original theatrical trailer for James Dean's "East of Eden."
