The correct spelling of the artist's name is Nina S. Bahlmann. She and her husband, Erwin Bahlmann, can be found in the 1930 and 1940 U.S. Federal Census for Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. In 1930 they were next door neighbors to my grandparents, Thomas and Emma Pendergast,...
