I'm at present reading this book and I find it changing my style of meeting people I would like to consider as clients in my sales approach to my visual and performing arts projects. Seems this book gives me some bearings on being enthusiastic, good listener, and planner attitude and what it takes to understanding the clients requirements and turning my cold calls into a hot prospects and sales!

The book is an Enlighter to me
It changed my style of meeting the clients in my sales job. It gave me more light on being enthusiastic, good listening skills, plan your work work your plan attitude and also to understand client requirements well.
