fried worms was a pleasant surprise

I expected the movie version to be a disappointment, as most movie adaptations of great books are, but I found the film to be very clever and entertaining, while not straying too far from the storyline of the book. The choice of actors was terrific to play the various characters, esp the bully Joe....
