H.v. Kaltenborn news analysis: Kaltenborn discusses Hitler's recent speech to rally the German people, saying that the harsh winter is why the promised victory has not already happened. He also discusses the people's lobby to win the war formed by local meetings and sending demands to their elected representatives. The goal of these groups is to force the Congress to hear the will of their constituents rather than that of special interests.
