Summary:
Joe Bowers is an average Joe. He is not the sharpest tool in the shed. He becomes part of a government experiment to go into hibernation. This movie is Mike Judge's satire at its best. It reveals a shocking truth in our own society: we may just be turning into the very society as depicted in the film.
