A segment from a TV series offering a behind-the-scenes look into the creative process of independent filmmaking. The first episode features a conversation with Roger Ebert, Pulitzer Prize-winning film critic for the Chicago Sun Times, best know for his long-term partnership with Gene Siskel on the Television series "At the movies." He also penned the notorious Russ Meyer cult favorite "Beyond the valley of the dolls." Then, director and screenwriter Mary Harron (I shot Andy Warhol) in an interview with B. Ruby Rich, shares her different experiences with independent and studio filmmaking.
