This text is important for organizations and researchers who think and write about the movement of indigenous peoples. Especially useful in detailing the particular issues of state sovereignty regarding "cross border peoples," those whose communities were transected by the creation of state boundaries. Very useful guidebook to terminology and main issues regarding this research
