A very strong contribution to our understanding of the global economy and the role of technology in the 21st Century. Aris Melissaratos and N.J.Slabbert have produced a powerful book that documents technology and innovation contributions to the economic success of the United States and society, in general. The recipe for beginning technological leadership is provided in their delightfully easy reading in which they treat nanotechnology, biotechnology, and other important technologies of the 21st Century. Risk associated with technological development is especially well documented.
