Abstract:

The purpose of this project is to assist individuals new to the ministry to be intentional about participation in mentoring relationships in order to resist self imposed isolation in ministry. The project required research, writing, and developing a twelve week mentoring program for those expressing a call in the ministry from River Bend Baptist church and a few others from various churches and denominations. This project is the first phase of a tool to assist ministers in the ministry and to strengthen the local church.
