This is one of the best self-help booklets for back care. It has clear descriptions of the spine, preventive measures of back injuries, and back therapy. Black and white photos of correct and incorrect sitting posture in a chair, at the computer, in the car seat, and on the bed clearly demonstrate that a good posture can go a long way toward spine health. The correct way to pick up things from the floor, to hold a heavy item in the arms, and mop a floor are all demonstrated. The most helpful part of the booklet is the simple exercises shown in the photos. They are easy to do, extremely helpful, and can be incorporated into the daily routine. They are preventive as well as cure for backaches caused by the stress and strain of everyday life
