Abstract:

British comedies of a peerless butler and his chronically befuddled master. Jeeves takes charge: Pushed by Aunt Agatha, who disapproves of Wooster's bachelor lifestyle, Wooster finds himself engaged to Honoria Glossop. A ray of hope is offered by old chum "Bingo" Little who feels a hidden affection for Honoria. When Wooster's plan to drive the two together backfires, it falls to Jeeves to extricate his young master.

Tuppy and the terrier: Shaken by his defeat in a golf tournament, Wooster is faced with a fresh crisis when Bobbie Wickham gives away Aunt Agatha's beloved terrier, MacIntosh, who had been left in Wooster's care. Meanwhile, Tuppy Glossop enlists Wooster and Jeeves in his plan to prove himself to his latest love, but Aunt Dahlia gives Wooster strick orders to halt the budding romance. Setting things right will test even Jeeves' formidable talents.

Purity of the turf: When her brother George falls for a young waitress, Aunt Agatha deputizes Wooster in her effort to scuttle the romance. But Jeeves has other plans, and he manages to get his master out of the line of fire by accepting a long-standing invitation to the country. There, Wooster occupies himself by betting on sporting events at the village fair, where all his wagers fail. Suspicious of foul play, Jeeves discovers the guilty party and plots his revenge.
