Abstract:

British comedies of a peerless butler and his chronically befuddled master. Hunger strike: Reluctantly summoned to Aunt Dahlia's home, Wooster finds himself surrounded by lovelorn houseguests and drafted to present prizes at a local school's awards ceremony. Not looking forward to the event he cooks up a plan of escape, but before the scheme can come to fruition, the household is rocked by the resignation of Anatole, the incomparable chef. Aunt Dahlia shrewdly detects Wooster's hand behind this domestic disaster!

Brinkley Manor: Desperate to undo the damage Wooster has wreaked upon her house, Aunt Dahlia entreats Jeeves to help lure back her temperamental cook. Once culinary matters are in hand, attention turns again to questions of romance, which are in a typically unsettled state. And while Wooster's attempts at playing Cupid cause a memorable fracas at a school awards ceremony, Jeeves' steady hand ensures that harmony is ultimately restored.
