Abstract:

(1st work): A serial adventure writer with problems in his personal life lives out the adventures of his literary hero, King of Adventurers; (2nd work): documentary on Jet Li; (3rd work): A wild and rollicking martial arts fantasy extravaganza that features prized swords -- and swordsmen, a crazy monk attached to a rolling boulder, serious clan and cult rivalries, and lots of magic and flying; (4th work): documentary showing martial arts exhibitions by youngsters and trainers; (5th work): A corrupt businessman commits a murder and the only witness is the girlfriend of another businessman with close connections to the Chinese government. A bodyguard from Beijing is dispatched to help two Hong Kong cops protect the witness. Complications arise when the bodyguard and the witness must confront their deep feelings for one another; (6th work): Dr. Sun leads a movement to free China from its Japanese occupation. While on a tour of China he is constantly assaulted by assassins hired by the Man Chu leaders. The Chun Do school of martial arts is tasked to safeguard Dr. Sun's passage; (7th work): A Chinese "Robin Hood" stumbles upon a kidnapping scheme after unwittingly opening a martial arts school next to a brothel; (8th work): documentary on the martial arts, including a segment on Jet Li.
