These images, which were taken in the 1960s during Kobler's research for a biography on Toussaint Louverture, depict Kobler and unidentified individuals posing beside structures, including a powder house and the walls of the fort; landscapes; the barrel of a cannon; a structure identified as a moat; and one of the approaches of the French Army invaders. It is not certain if Kobler did any of the actual photography.
