Joseph Dickinson, son of Daniel and Elizabeth Dickinson, was born 1706 in Edenderry, Kings County, Ireland. He came to America in 1725. He married Elizabeth, daughter of Guyon Miller of Kennett, Chester Co., Pa., in 1732, and settled in Salisbury Township. They had ten children. Descendants live in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, North Dakota and elsewhere. Film copy includes photographs of Jimmy Estep, Mrs. Ella D. Irick (1940), and Earl Irick (1956) of Lancaster, Ohio; batchelor of science, master of arts and high school life certificates and certi- ficate from the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction of Earl D. Irick; newspaper clings of James (Jimmy) Estep.
