Abstract:

El Cantor: Joseph Morder's first full-length feature film presents a reunion between two cousins who haven't seen one another in thirty years. The arrival of Clovis Fishermann disrupts William's life. Clovis seems to have returned with an agenda that he keeps to himself but brings William along with him to revisit the boyish escapades of their youth. The son and grandson of famous cantors, Clovis was deliberately kept from learning the family trade after the Holocaust-era legacy that haunts his travels. -- Jewishfilm.com.

L'arbre mort: Shortly after the end of World War II, Jaime and Laura meet on a ship bound for South America. Once there they are separated by an accident, but their paths will cross again.

Mémoires d'un juif tropical: The heat of August in Paris brings forth memories, causing Joseph Morder to reminisce about his youth in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Romamor, lettre filmée berlinoise: Mark, an obssessive filmmaker, talks about his meeting with Sandra, and their trip to Rome, both in search of their Jewish origins.
