This is an excellent and absorbing story. Don't expect all loose ends tied up--or even for your favorite characters to win. There is a lot going on in this story and Martin balances the plots, intrigues and magic very well. Completely engaging, with flawed, interesting and very human characters. Excellent world-building too. Looking forward to reading the next book!
