Entertaining it is, this account of the Russian Bear's trips into the heart of capitalism, and, briefly at least, into the hearts of many Americans. One sober thought which the reader may take away from this book is not so hilarious. If Dulles had not persuaded Eisenhower to send Francis Gary Powers...

This was a great read about a trip by Khrushchev to the United States in the fifties.  I was born well after Khrushchev was gone so my knowledge of him was pretty much limited to the shoe banging on the table, so it was particularly interesting to hear about his trip in the context of the...
