Wil, short for Wilson Glenn David the Fifth is following in the family tradition of accurately throwing the daily local newspaper onto the front porches and doormats of the residences of Steel. The route is officially his now that he has turned twelve. Unfortunatley the newspaper is about to close. Together Wil and his perky neighbor Anne Douglas use their intellect, talent and skills to expose corruption at the state fair, to attempt to win $1000.00 and to keep the local paper in business.
