Layout: Main text written in 6 long lines. Formerly folded leaf with letter on right side and address panel on left, with address panel written in an inverted position relative to the letter. Letter affixed to a printed leaf from the "Weekly account of the pursuant to an act of the 3d George IV, cap. 126"; another leaf with a manuscript list on paper (18th-century English hand) affixed next to and partially over, but not affecting text, of letter. To the verso of the "Weekly account" is a printed bifolium of the Stamford Harmonic Society, dated Nov. 26th, 1838.
Script: Written in a secretary hand.
Accompanying materials: With 1 seal (red, 1 cm. diam.), applied, bearing a "VV" surmounted by a crown.
Origin: "Fro[m] Aldwincle feb: 28."
