Side 1 - Leman discusses when he ran for Lieutenant Governor, the vacancy in the Senate left by Murkowski, Lisa Murkowski being appointed, supporting the Governor in the position of Lieutenant Governor, relationship with the cabinet, issues with the purchase of the state jet, Murkowski's transition from U.S. Senator to Alaskan Governor, Leman's support of Mike Miller over Lisa Murkowski for Senate, and talks about starting up the Faith Based Community Initiative (FBCI).

Side 2 - Leman discusses running for re-election as Lieutenant Governor, appointing people to the Division of Elections, the Help America Vote Act, getting new voting equipment, incident with the contention of results between Kay Brown and Jake Metcalf, the Initiative to change the process of appointments to U.S. Senate vacancies, and the suit filed by the proponents of the Initiative saying the language in the election pamphlets wasn't fully balanced.
