Abstract:

After a vicious brawl, a young Al Capone lets his little brother Jimmy believe he has killed a man. Jimmy, haunted by his conscience, leaves town. Three years later, a law abiding Jimmy, now known as Richard Hart, is appointed marshall in a small town, while Al has become the bootlegging crime boss of Chicago. Unknowingly, Al puts out a contract on the marshall, while also offering a reward for whoever finds his brother. When they finally meet again, the reunion soon becomes a showdown from which neither will back down.
